Polish Society of Non-Destructive Testing and Technical Diagnostics (PTBNiDT - SIMP - Poznan Division) with co-operation of Central Board in Warsaw (PTBNiDT SIMP ZG Warsaw) and with co-operation of Poznan University of Technology).

• Non-destructive testing applied in design, forecasting, inspection and manufacturing quality control in production and exploitation of products and devices, including such problems as:
  • negotiations of the product reception requirements under the demanded quality with respect to the gradient of operating properties in their volume,
  • local properties (characteristics) as mapping of the new products (and semi-products) and exploited devices (already being used) with consideration of the "tolerance of damage" rule based of the NDT results,
  • problems of inter-communication in groups co-operating on the product quality,
  • complementarity of the NDT methods in the quality control aspect,
  • virtual Prototyping methods and their validation by the NDT methods.
• Interpretation of the physical-chemical phenomena of the material and tissue structure formation and state by the NDT methods.
• Methodical and operational problems in NDT.
• Instruments, equipment and materials in NDT.
• Standardisation, certification and accreditation of the NDT laboratories.
• Vibro-acoustics in the non-destructive testing.
• Non-invasive examinations in medicine.
• Personnel training in the field of NDT methods and their range of connections with the individual production and technical sectors.

The conference fee includes participation in sessions, conference materials, visiting the exhibition, participation in the accompanying events - 1070 PLN/person. Accommodation for 3 nights - 330 PLN/person. Total costs of 1.400,00 PLN/person. After receiving a participation confirmation sent by the Conference Office a charge of 1.400 PLN or 1.070 PLN (in this case accommodation charge is paid at registration in the hotel) should be paid on the specified bank account during 14 days since the confirmation date. The organizers will issue the relevant invoices up to 14 days after receiving the charge to the Conference Office account according to data given by the participants. A professional arrangement of the exhibition stands will be provided.

The cost of 1 exhibition stand is 350 PLN + 22% VAT per 1 m². Discount up to 10% will be granted for regular participants - exhibitors (the third consecutive participation in the exhibition at least).

The exhibitors are kindly required to send their information cards. It should be one printed copy of A4 size and the file recorded on CD-disc (sending the file attached to the e-mail can be accepted) according to Microsoft® Office Word™ (in version 2000/XP). The obtained files will be issued in the relevant "Biuletyn wystawców 38 KKBN" (38 KKBN Exhibitors Bulletin). Deadline for sending the information cards and files to the Conference Office address is 30.06 2009.
